 What is the Synod? How does it relate to me in 2024? How can the Synod make our parish community more of a listening Church?

On January 22, in a Zoom Webinar, Fr. Jim Schwartz and Cathy Kamp, along with Fr. Mike Merritt, Lisa Milano, and Jeanne Mooney, reviewed what the 2021-2024 Synod in Rome is all about and what Pope Francis has said about it. Participants had the opportunity to reflect on how the Synod might help form resolutions for living a more Christian life in this new year. Throughout the webinar, attended by 70 parishioners from Holy Spirit and St. Joseph's, there were opportunities to write-in questions for real-time responses.
