Request Meeting Rooms

Holy Spirit and St. Joseph's parishioners: We invite you to use the form below to request a meeting room for a single or recurring meeting for the parish ministry you represent. A few things to note:

• Adults in meetings that include youth aged 17 and younger need to comply with Creating a Safe Environment requirements. Learn more
• You will be required to set up the room as needed;
• Any space you use needs to be put back as it was found and anything brought into the room needs to be taken back out with you or thrown away. If you serve refreshments, everything needs to be cleaned up and put in the trash before you leave;
• We cannot store supplies for any group meetings;
• If your meeting is after business hours, please check with Kathy Best to find out if you will need to borrow keys for access. They can both be reached at 585-586-8089.
