A coalition of churches from Penfield, Webster, and East Rochester supports Flower City Habitat for Humanity by financing and constructing homes for low income homeowners in Rochester. These working families do not qualify for conventional mortgage financing. They invest 500 hours of "sweat equity" in the building of their home or that of another family. These homes are sold at no profit and no interest.
