Christmas Giving 2024

Working together, Holy Spirit and St. Joseph’s parishioners will make an impact on the lives of children throughout the Rochester and Penfield area this Christmas. In a true spirit of stewardship and giving, we are committed, at Holy Spirit, to the Women's Care Center; at St. Joseph’s to the Cabrini Parish and Penfield Hope. All items are due UNWRAPPED to the collection sites (gathering area at HS, west entrance at SJ) no later than Dec 1. We are accepting donations now—the earlier the better! 

Holy Spirit it collecting for the Women’s Care Center: Snow suits up to 2T and infant car seat covers. Please bring unwrapped to the Gathering Area at Holy Spirit by December 1.

St. Joseph's is collecting for Cabrini Parish (St. Michael's, Corpus Christi, and Annunciation) in the city of Rochester and Penfield Hope families. There are three ways to participate:

1.Shop! Please drop off unwrapped to the back pew at the west entrance: Coordinated (top and bottom) outfits sizes 0 -14/16, winter jackets, gloves/hats/scarves, kids pajamas and youth flannel PJ pants, teen girl sling bags, preschool to teen books, Legos, board games, science/STEM kits, arts and crafts kits, coloring/drawing supplies; throw blankets. 

2. 3.Make a Financial Contribution to Penfield Hope: Financial gifts to Penfield Hope at Christmas are used to fund gift cards for adult-size clothing for youth as well as purchasing needed items to round out our collection of items. Thank you!
